Why People Don’t Buy Products (And What They Really Buy)
The biggest lesson I learned selling T-shirts as a teenager was simple: people don’t buy products, they buy trust.
I still remember walking into shops in Malappuram with a bag on my shoulder. Some days, I had no sales. But the days I listened, understood, and spoke from the heart, those were the days I sold out. That’s when I realized sales is not about pressure, it’s about people.
Today, whether it’s helping a business grow or building Airova, my approach remains the same: human first, product second. Marketing is not about shouting the loudest, it’s about telling the right story. Sales is not about closing fast, it’s about connecting deep.
That’s my method. That’s my vision.
