My Inner “Why” Behind Everything I chase
Every person carries a WHY inside them. For some, it’s money. For others, it’s fame. For me, its completely different.
My story started as a 16-year-old boy, selling T-shirts and vests in Malappuram. I wasn’t born with money or connections. All I had was a small dream and a big hunger to create something. At first, it was making enough money to cover the next day. But slowly, I realized something powerful:
Sales is not about pushing products. It’s about understanding people.
I went from shop to shop, across 70+ panchayaths and 200+ stores. And every time I spoke to someone, I learned more about human needs, their wants, and how to truly connect. That became my foundation.
Later, when I co-founded Airova, I carried the same mindset as in my early t-shirt days. Because what’s the point of building a business if it doesn’t solve a real problem ? (I believe that a business should solve a real problem.)Toilet hygiene might sound like a small issue to some people, but for me, it was a chance to give people dignity and their basic needs. And my vision became crystal clear. By 2030, hygiene for all.
So, what’s my WHY?
To understand people better. To solve real problems that make life easier and cleaner. To share sales and marketing in a way that is human, simple, and practical.
I believe many young dreamers hesitate to start because they’re scared of sales and marketing. I want to break that fear. Because if a boy with a bag of T-shirts could grow, fail, learn, and rebuild, then anyone can.
My WHY is bigger than me. Human-centric sales and marketing can create not just business success, but an impact.
That’s why I wake up every day. That’s why I build. That’s why I am HK.
